Recycling collection occurs on Thursday for paper, glass and plastic. If you do not have a recycling bin, you can visit this website for Montgomery County to order one.

The Board of Director meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of every other month at 7:00 PM:

Monthly HOA fees contribute to the maintenance of the community common areas, plowing of snow and shoveling of sidewalks, trash collection, sewage, pest control, lawn care (for town homes), insurance, repairs to common elements, etc.

We encourage modifications and upgrades to your home, but please be sure to get prior approval from the Architecture Review Committee. You can download the approval form from this website. Also, the Architecture Review Committee has developed standards and guidelines for many common projects, including storm doors and decks. Any modification must conform to these standards and guidelines. You should have received a copy of these guidelines with the HOA covenants at closing or from your landlord.

We have three (3) tot-lots in the neighborhood for the little ones. These tot-lots are open from dawn to dusk.

Please note that the street lights do not belong to the HOA, and therefore should not be reported to Abaris when faulty. Please visit the Montgomery County DOT Streetlight Map to report an outage to the county.

The HOA Board of Directors is comprised of Clarksburg Ridge homeowners who volunteer their time for the good of the community.
